Subiaco Playgroup has the facilities to help your child develop language, social skills, physical coordination, emotional maturity, and exploration skills. We have both inside and outside play areas for the children and parents/carers to enjoy.
Indoor Resources
Inside we have an extremely well resourced play area that includes the following:
A large range of art & craft supplies
Pretend play including a train table, dolls house, home corner with kitchen and laundry, doctors kits, dolls and prams
A well stocked dress up cupboard
Play parachute
Musical instruments
Play tools
Baby toys
Baby activity centers
Story books
Art and craft supplies
Kitchen, including tea and coffee supplies
Toilets
Aircon
Outdoor Resources
Outside we have an abundance of space for the children to play, play, play! This includes the following:
Large nature play space
Bikes, scooters & ride-ons
Sand pit with all kinds of digging tools and construction vehicles
Mud kitchen
Water tables
Swings
Climbers and slide
Soft play & climbing structures
Vegetable garden
Music play
Sand and water tables
Members are invited and encouraged to recommend toy purchases for the playgroup. If there is something that you would like purchased, please let us know.
Unfortunately toys cannot be borrowed and taken home from the centre as it is too hard to keep track of who has what. For your own benefit, we also ask that you do not bring toys from home as they can be forgotten and then hard to find again.
